Brian,, the fish acually eat dead skin,,go to Sigijor island and they have a poool where people go to get the dead skin on there feet ect,,cleaned ,,im not sure,,but maybe a fee for the pool ! its an Island near Dumaguete,, in fact i will be going there in December, thx my friend,,i hope we can meet in general Luna as well ,,

You are mistaken about the helmet laws in America. In my state, Tennessee, it is a law to wear a helmet, but in many other states you are not required to wear one if you are 18 or older. When I travel to different states on my bike, I ALWAYS wear my helmet. First, because I am so used to wearing one, secondly, it makes moto-vlogging easier, and also because it just makes sense to want to protect the brain just in case.
