I adore Ginger! I love orange kitties, but Ginger is so precious on top of being beautiful. I lost my baby boy, Oliver kitty, right before Covid-19 hit. He was only 6 years old and in good health and just had a random fatal seizure. Then, I was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of breast cancer (inflammatory breast cancer stage 3b which had metastasized to my lymph nodes). I had less than a 15% chance of survival through treatment. I went into treatment with gusto, a sense of humor, humility, grace and a whole lot of gratitude. We weren't encouraged to adopt cats because of my zero percent immune system. I technically finished treatment this March and am so thankful that I am cancer free, for now. I will have another surgery in 2 weeks that will make the 85% chance of cancer recurrence a lower risk. These last few years, I have followed Ginger religiously. Thank you for sharing her with us! The only downside is that I want a cat just like Ginger. But, when that's the most stressful thing in my life, I will be wildly grateful. 😻 😼 😸 🎉
