It is very important we give voice to this and let it go from our physical and mental energy fields. Keeping secrets harbors way more than the secret itself and it harms the victim more than ever. I'm glad you are speaking out - Your voice will help others heal and other's voices can inspire people to learn how to help heal others when they have healed themselves. It is a beautiful circle of healing among men and women to do this. It is so needed in our world and in my country of the USA. DESPERATELY NEEDED in order to heal humanity. Thanks for doing your part in speaking about it. May your healing continue and your life blossom in ways you never could have imagined that you would enjoy so much. Seek Jesus Christ please! I totally understand but as an ex yoga practitioner, "yoga" means union between you and the demonic ie it's not the true God you are connecting with even though it feels ok! Also Reiki and other practises are also demonic. Jesus Christ set me free from both of these things and many other new age practises. You need deliverance and God will set you clearly free too if you lay it all down and seek Jesus' face. I used to do hours of meditation each day but I always had to do so much to have any peace. I never had permanent peace and even then it wasn't the peace you will get by handing your life's troubles and concerns to Jesus Christ. First step, ask Him to guide you.
