i’ll say the reason for this is because with any newer adele songs she specifically curated the song around her vocal ability, so the vowel choices/sounds, the tones used are limited in these songs. therefore it’s kinda impossible to not sound a little like adele when singing it

I've been singing from the age of 3 and I am 31 now... but that being said I've never had voice lessons so I may not be any better at judging then someone who has more experience but my opinion is that even though she had only 1 chair turn the faces of the other judges were thoroughly enjoying this singer.... it may be they don't have many options left or only have 1 slot left for their team and are looking for that "extremely special/unique" voice.... I can also see why Blake hit his button. Her tones and Vocals would fit right in for a country star... so it may be she did not have the range or style the other judges may have been looking for... either way her voice is beautiful!!!
