YOOO TIS-100 I've never even solved this level lmao, I got to it and just thought "yeah, that's enough TIS for a while", especially knowing there was just another campaign of harder levels. It did introduce me to the other zachtronics games though so I'm not too upset about it.

(my solution was really stupid but the algorithm WOULD have worked if i had like 3 extra lines for code in one or two nodes to account for a special case)

@@puppyhelictriangle Nah it was just that while I could sort the initial sequence, I couldn't properly reset all the nodes after for the next one, so it would just get stuck in an infinite loop without realizing it was finished. I'm fairly certain that what I did would work on the empty sequence, had I solved that problem.

I gave up trying to solve this puzzle, basically taking one swing at it before going "yeah I'll probably never do this" It's interesting (and slightly maddening) to see how different your coding style is to mine, your code that uses a lot of conditional jumps is very "clean" BTW, you really should try to do the achievements in the game, not only are they a good challenge, but you learn very useful skills by doing them

It doesn't feel clean while I'm doing it, I really wish there was space to write more descriptive labels. & wrt spoilers, I avoided spoilers for the early game learning curve hump, but i'm in the endgame now so i'm a little less resistant to it. stuff is getting goofy and open ended enough that spoiling a whole solution isnt really feasible & "best practices" are just fun to learn and implement.

​@@anyaflorane I uploaded footage of a game, clearly for the sake of sharing my interest in it, and the only commentary you had to offer was "this other game is better" posed with a "tho" like you're countering my decision to spend time on TIS-100 at all. and when prompted to justify this, you give the batshit claim that TIS-100 has no "actual" story, and act like the minimalist immersive visuals were a mistake that needed to be corrected simply because the developers went on to make a game with a more high-concept fictional world. what were you trying to do?​
