I was shocked at first but my teacher told me that it would take a much stronger acid to dissolve organic matter in such a short period of time... like "fluoric acid" fe. . HCL is also part of your stomach fluid and you are still able to reference TV-Series or Movies for the purpose of establishing objective truth in empirical sciences without having holes in your body aren't you? 😆 ... No, seriously... please ask a chemist or google how long it would take for HCL to fully dissolve a human body in it... 😁✌️

Hydrochloric acid in contact with skin or other tissues can cause chemical burns that can be severe." So unless you were in highschool chemistry where majority of the time they dont even allow corrosive material to be tested with, you might not of been using hydrochloric acid.

I think you're right. I seem to recall seeing a synopsis of one a while back that was almost identical, except at the end I think it was just a nuclear war or somesuch, not aliens. The 'rescued' woman just murders the prepper guy and 'escapes' only to find out the surface is a radioactive wasteland, and she's now the only person alive and has just given herself a good dose of radiation poisoning by leaving the bunker so soon.
