Yep all baby ticks. I’ve had that happen to me once before 6 years ago in October. Must be the time they breed

So I’ve noticed over the years , why can’t you take dead heads ?

CO’s don’t know if you illegally shot the deer or not. You can take them if you get a retrieval permit. They’re also illegal to sell. Personally I don’t want to do that as I kind of hate deadheads. They’re neat to find but I’d rather find sheds to keep cuz you can sell them and they mean there’s a whole new set of antlers to be found next year off that deer
