The way the future is going, I would keep that house on your property. Gives an option for your children to have some what of independence as costs are so high and most 18-25 year olds can't live on their own. Plus, you're building a larger home. This would be a beautiful mother in law/ guest house or even air bnb. Its beautiful and you guys did an amazing job 👏

TRULY INSPIRATIONAL! Glad you opted out of upper cabinets. Keeps it much more open and lite. I have seen the suggestion to store plates etc. in drawers anyway. LOVE your design! Great job! can't wait to see you home when it's finished being built.

I like the no uppers makes it more spacious looking & if u have lower cabinets with pull outs & drawers then u don't need uppers. Even if I had a 3000 sq ft I would choose counter space/ lowers. You did really good. If u don't sell it, make it air b & b for extra money

We opted for no uppers and hung collected mix matched vintage open shelves painted off white mainly to add charm and character. I can see and get to everything easily. One has spices and soup bowls, one is for a beverage area, one holds 1/2 gallon Ball jars filled with our most used dry goods. The last one holds bowls and the things most used at the stove. Like you, we have TONS of drawers large and small. And an island. I haven’t regretted it since we put our place together 5 years ago. Your kitchen is lovely. You do you!

That kitchen design layout is chef's kiss! I would have absolutely done exactly what you did and chose windows over upper cabinets! You've got a ton of storage with the bottom cabinets and kitchen island. Uppers are unnecessary. Your home is so beautiful and very though out! Love it!!

Because it is moveable, you don't pay property tax on the house structure? How did you do the water, sewer, electrical? The interior is elegant, spacious and inviting. I applaud your efforts to do homeschooling. Blessings

Your small shed has a more functional and definitely prettier kitchen than most small tract homes. Actually, all small tract homes. I’ve never seen one even close to yours. Uppers are not necessary if you have a good size pantry. They are a pain to clean. The large kitchen window above the sink is perfect. Large sink and plenty of counter space ✅✅.

we have a 14' x 40' & from 1 shed owner to another, your layout is impeccable!! you made excellent use of your space! i love how you incorporated a pantry & a coat/utility closet! where did you get your kitchen cabinets? do you have a tankless water heater? also, do you have a tv?
