Jason, you do a really good job of showing all the features and the potential for a shed to home. It’s nice that they customize. I think that’s what you and Jaylena should do. Buy a stripped down custom shed and add the finishes, including a wood stove or fireplace. Those were some really nice high ceilings.

Now that's nice. I like that layout and the looks. 16 wide just seems to be more comfortable. A 16x32 without the 2nd bedroom and bathroom would be good too. They did a great job on that one. 2nd bedroom for y'all, if you did it yourself, could be an editing room/office. 2 lofts on each side for storage. Nice job on showing it off. They did a great job on that one.

We didn't know this price since it's not a finished building. We don't even know how much more Lonestar will build since the owner wants to do a lot of it themselves. I wish we could have told the price though to give everyone an idea. Thanks for always watching!

this is what a lot of people who can't build/remodel (do to disability, solo, or no carpentry work) I'm saving up to buy one like this and often times I'll hear people say "If you can handle a hammer than you can put up installation,install floor tiling and add a wall". Just because I know how to nail 2 pieces of wood together don't mean I know about home remodeling . It's not safe and if you don't do it right, it'll cost ya more. I'd rather buy one like this with the shower & toilet installed, electric wires installed and the installation installed. This is perfect because you can put it on your own land or in a tinyhome/trailer park place and get the appliances you need. A new trailer and even some tiny homes comes with appliances I don't need/use like microwave or dish washer. Maybe it's me, but I just love the smell of real wooden homes.

You hit the nail on the head! We get a lot of hate on these videos because "it's cheaper to build yourself". But like you said... just because you have some building skills, or even if you want to do it... doesn't mean you'll do it correctly. Glad to see someone gets it!

I wonder about the moisture barrier between the tin & the insulation, if you would have problems later without some space between the two for it to breath. You wouldn't have to build it up off the ground like he did. Take a look at his bird house on a pole at :19 as he walks to the house. That's something to build on you place. The Crocker Bird House Hotel. As the birds move in, they could help eat all you Flies!

I do not like the layout of this one. The reason is the bathroom with the shower is in the master bedroom and only a half bath by the second bedroom. This means you will have to go thru the master to get a bath. I would have done only one bathroom to have more space.

They just show their viewers what's out there. They were doing their own shed to house and its what a lot of people like to see, since so many people are doing this now. They do so many other things though. This is just a part of it. It's actually how I found their channel too. They don't sell them and it's more of an information for their subscribers than it is a promotion.
