You definitely made some mistakes. But overall you played well. Those lines tho. I don’t even know. Skill is one thing, but it seems like team is fragmented socially. I feel like y’all need a sociologist. The drastic socioeconomic differences are glaring. It probably mattered less in the past but at this level, when next step is real life, it may hard for some players to support and protect you. Especially when you’ve had support and protection on and off the field throughout your life. A lot of people have been deeply committed to your success and come along with you. It’s beautiful and a real blessing. However the people that haven’t traveled the journey with you and have found themselves with on the last stop may not as invested. Or feel as included. Im praying something shifts in that o line. Defense too. It definitely a different level of football. But on the field you can see the players that are committed and see something good for themselves and the ones who are struggling to figure what all this will mean for them. You still the thickest legend we’ve seen thus far. Despite whatever is happening on this team, it’s kinda turning you into a dual threat. It’s still exciting football. And you are my crush.
