My Dad smoked pipes back in the 70s, early 80s. His tobacco came in tins, and my gosh, health issues from smoking aside, I did love to smell all of the different tobaccos he had when I was little. Best of luck with your pipe collection. Definitely something I know nothing at all about, so it will be interesting to see how things go with them in future videos. 🙂

I don’t know if this info will help or hurt but the main reason people buy those Invicta watch boxes and other high priced item boxes Is because it makes it easier to sell the counterfeit items

Or people like me and my hubby who buy them to go with watches we collect. It’s nice to have matching boxes. We don’t collect these particular watches but older mechanical/automatic self winding watches.

Thank you for addressing pewter. I do think some that isn't current, but still in our lifetime had lead. I think resellers need to educate themselves on lead in pewter, paints, and even clays.

as far as why you don't see pipes is because they don't stay let, so when in public t hey will chose anoher form of smoking. Like my ex- fatther -in -law smoked pipes but when he went out he woul;d smoke cigars
