Kerala Hotel Style Fish Curry / Meen Curry
Ingredients:
Fish - 500g ( after cleaning )
For grinding:
Oil
Fenugreek seeds - 2 pinch
Onion - 1 ( medium )
Sliced garlic - 1 1/2 tsp
Sliced ginger - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 1 ( medium )
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Water
For preparation:
Oil
Curry Leaves
Small onion - 6 ( big size )
Green chilli - 4 to 5
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Malabar Tamarind ( Kudampuli ) - 3 piece
Grinded paste
Water - 1 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
Salt
Tomato - 1 ( small )
Coconut oil - 1/2 tsp
