Turmeric is also excellent for your skin. Bodies largest organ. It loves it, good for scaring also. EMUAID is another brilliant preventative for cystic acne. Expensive but definitely better than any other product.

If u have moderately oily skin, try not using super drying things, cuz when u use drying products, ya it will work at the time but then it will cause ur skin to produce even more oil and ur skin will get even more oily.

For anyone reading this. Normal glass (so non-plastic) blocks all UV rays. The stuff bus stops are made off only block some. There is no need to wear sun screen inside and in general if you regularly go in shade (30 min in sun 10 in shadow, or find whats best for you)
