A real estate agent is selling a property to ‘A’ that has a major defect but the agent is unaware of the defect because the owner ‘B’ of the property told the agent that there is nothing wrong with the house. Hence, A and B get into a contract. Later, A comes to know from other sources about the defect. Can A claim for breach of contract? Justify your answer

this is considered as Fraud as there is an active concealment of a fact about the subject matter which makes the contract voidable and so A can claim for breach of contract or just not perform his part of the contract as it is voidable.
