was so excited to see these guys this summer at Burger Boogaloo, and they did not disappoint, just ask John Waters! They are fantastic. They’re kind of a twitchy/anxious band lol, all their movements are so quick and jagged and while talking they have nervous energy lol. It feels like when a lot of people who are anxious get together and harness their anxiety and turn it into good energy to put into the world thru their music

i just got into these guys today and i'm shook. i listened to the whole album "compilation I,II,III" - OMG! they fuckin rock. the guitars and base are very 70s rock like thin lizzy, dueling leads during the singing. the vocalist has that cute and raspy riot girl punk tone vocals but she is far beyond that in skill. her lyrics and the basic song structure on every song is phenomenal and professional the hooks are so well written and the lyrics are real good on top of all that. they are nailing it big time. the only thing i want is better recording/mixing of her vocals, they are getting severely lost/ washed out with the guitars. she needs to be more out in front and separate sound wise , her vocal talent deserves it greatly. over all the song writing is excellent on all tracks its really what caught my ear its SO solid!. the choruses and verses omg . nailing it . this is coming from a 40 yr old musician / sound engineer. this band kicks ass😊

Damn! Face! I just found these guys - I know they moved to Philadelphia, but there’s something just so Philly about this music and these guys. Makes perfect sense to me, though I haven’t lived there in some time. I can understand the complaints, I guess, but jeez - there’s got to be room for catchy rock tunes in modern music. Philly went hard for the Darkness back in the early 2000’s and while these guys are way different, there’s something of a kinship. An homage but an appreciative advancement of what makes certain songs good.

What is this. Honestly. This is a very questionable band selection on KEXP's part. The vocals are terrible and the girl cant sing at all. And why does she stick her tongue out WHILE she is singing? Is it supposed to be cute? The guitarists are the best people in the band and are actually pretty good and have catchy riffs. The drummer made a few mistakes but he wasnt that bad, either.

The singer needs replacing. The band has an almost Southern Rock sound that cries out for a buttery, smooth voice. In fact two smooth voices in harmony. This vocalist is more suited to punk or garage rock I think. She clashes with the sound of the band with her harsh tone. Just my two cents. The guitarists are quite talented as is the drummer (who is Travis Barkers doppelganger). They do the twin guitar-attack thing with aplomb.
