I really enjoyed this.😊Nana! You really are fabulous. I love your style and chilled vibe. 🥰 Charlotte, no wonder you sometimes find it difficult to breathe! Stop speaking at a million miles an hour! 😮 I feel stressed listening to you when you're talking. It's exhausting. You really shot Lou down at the end of the interview too. Slow down, listen and breeeeeathe.... Poor Lou - I really felt sorry for her when she was talking about being tired all the time. She really seemed to open up when sharing how she's feeling. I think Nana's advice could really help Lou. They should spend lunchtime together having a walk and relaxing. 😊 😊

I love this but it would be nice to have some guests who are a bit more relatable, its very priviledged upper class at times, accents, etc. However saying that, must say having Nana on has been such a refreshing change as she is so natural in the way she talks, and it feels like speaking to a friend.

Generally when I'm traveling I make sure I pack a quick drying black bra/knicker combo that I can use for swimming (if a bit self conscious, you can always just wrap a hotel towel and head to the sauna).
