In the UK I found the perfect "Parisian" straight leg jeans at Marks & Spencer's, Autograph straight jeans with lyocell in 2 washes: Ocean and mid-blue. They come in different lengths too so no need to get them altered, £49.50. I also love their Eva Bootcut jeans and they're just £25, they come in different washes and lengths. For white jeans I bought their Sienna Jeans with stretch.

I love this video. I have a few of these items in my wardrobe but not always sure how to wear them. I remember going to Paris about 25 years ago wearing a pink hoodie and jeans and everybody looking at me on the metro as they were wearing muted colours like olive, mustard, black. They looked chic.

I would love the how chic they look, or how the Dutch look so cool, in Britain we try the styles but yet it still doesn't have that effect. I do think it has something to do with how we are larger here. When you have big boobs that aren't pert anymore and no waist everything feels yuk.

I think FRENCH WOMEN are classic & don’t exaggerate with their styles , you don’t see a lot of AMERICAN influence in them , unlike in Italian women do with their plastic surgeries .I think ITALIANS what to be like too much like AMERICA . Look at these FRENCH faces yes they are young but naturally beautiful without the lips of fish 🐠 unlike the Italian women . I lost weight healthily by eating more fresh (i.e. unprocessed) whole foods, no added oil and no animal products. I eat lots of fruit, veggies, wholegrains, legumes, mushrooms, tofu. If you're interested see the non-profit channel of the Physicians Committee, or take a look at Chef AJ, Dr McDougall Starch Solution, Nutmeg Notebook, Well your World, Healthy Emmie. I lost half my body weight and have maintained my slim body for the first time in my life (4 years and counting). I could not do this on any other diet, I was a binge-eater too, but on a wholefood plant-based diet you can still eat a lot and it's very healthy
