There was an original rap verse that got cut which had rapper 4, Chiquita from Thailand. Hey guys, yes, they have 3 rappers here but these girls are so talented that 6 out of the 7 can rap as well as sing with strong, beautiful vocals. This is the most all-round talented group I've seen in Kpop thus far.

Usually for YG Music Videos they have the official translations to the song in the CC. So any BLACKPINK, BABYMONSTER, or TREAUSRE if you turn on the CC then you will have the English lyrics. Actually BABYMONSTER has a few songs that are completely in English: DREAM, STUCK IN THE MIDDLE, LIKE THAT, SCARS TO YOUR BEATIFUL, and some of the members cover songs on the BABYMONSTER KZbin channel. There is also some other covers that they did on the YG Channel which is called "Live Performance" which if you find Asa (one of the group members) I think that you will be impressed with her rap skills.

Yea kpop is a rabbit hole the music is great but it's the visuals and the performance aspect that's captivating. And I also like the way the like did the last evaluation and behind the scenes of the recording or when they do reality shows/vlogs to give more insight of them as people not just the flashy music videos/performances.

Btw, don't compare them to other groups. Music is subjective but also sensitive to fandom. If you wanna know is Male version of "Babymonster" or "Blackpink", i'd say "Treasure". Actually same DNA since there are all same agency. Only they're lean toward korean more than english.

Other excellent female rappers in kpop besides Babymonster: Dami from Dreamcatcher, Soyeon from (G)Idle, Moonbyul from Mamamoo, CL formerly of 2NE1, now a soloist, Minzy - also 2NE1 and solo... and quite a few more. On the male side, there are tons. One of the best known is RM from BTS, he recently dropped a full solo album. Another exciting young rap-heavy group based in Korea is XG. I completely agree with other comments about "like That" - a very different vibe. Another thing you can find on Babymonster's YT channel are videos of the girls singing, rapping and dancing as they progressed through their years of training and evaluations, both as individuals and in groups. Don't miss Asa covering Eminem's Godzilla. Their vocal talents are astonishing.
