Don't buy that . I have bought both of them they don't plump at alllllll !!! And have weird after taste like menthol. They are good lip gloss that's it.

That's what I do . I mean depends on how well u are in pain . Usually I think to get the most out of it you wait till the spiciness is gone

Honestly the sensation it doesn't last long and the effect to plump doesn't as well . I suggest to use it before layering your lips so u can overline it
