Great reaction. Sheila is a French singer who started in the 60s. At the end of the 70s, she looked for a new style with the group B Devotion (Black Devotion). In my memory they were singers and dancers and accompanied Sheila in her Disco period. When I was a kid and didn't understand English, I thought the song was about a man from "spacer" space, much like it was about Superman. Now I think the word spacer might be bad but it fit (sounds) to the song better.

The intricacies u were talking about are Nile with his guitar chucking and Edwards on the bass from the band Chic.Nile can be seen with Daft Punk in their Random access memories album.

Hello Judeo, Nile Rodgers is a very good friend of Sheila cause when he written this title for her, he was in a bit of the bottom of the wave. He was much appreciated by the Afro-American public but much less recognized by the "white" showbiz. And as this title made a hit to virtually every chart in the world, requests for collaborations from other white artists began to pour in. Suddenly he became "bankable". Indeed, it's by listening to this song that Deborah Harry (Blondie) and David Bowie will have an album produced by Chic (Nile Rodgers - guitarist & Bernard Edwards - bassist). For Deborah Harry it will be the "Koo Koo" album, and for David Bowie it will be "Let's Dance". They'll also produce just after the album of Diana Ross (Upside down) and Madonna (Like a virgin). It's a chain reaction finally. Some time ago, I saw a little report where Nile was seeing again for the first time after many years (they continued to call each other on the phone but didn't see each other) Sheila. And I was very surprised to see Nile downright cry. I'd never have thought their friendly bond was so close. Have a good Sunday,

No, it's just that there are much people who are subscribers in different reaction channels. And cause they're fans, they want make discover to other people why they should listen what they love. Nothing bad to do it, just music passion. ;)
