How is Shekhinah related to Lilith? I mean the Jewish lore of Kaine and Able arguing over their father's relationship with Lilith.

Lillith was supposed to be the first female that God created in Eden and kicked her out. It isn't the same thing as Shekinah. Shekinah is supposed to represent the female side of God essentially.
