The two guys were in their apartment. They heard her scream something about the nerds. "Penny is up," Leonard said something like that. She came over screaming at the guys. Leonard apologized profusely. Sheldon, either not so much or not at all. He told Penny that she might have sleep apnea as she snored. He suggested she go to see a doctor. Penny asked what kind of doctor would remove a shoe in someone's ass. Sheldon tried to think of the right term for that kind of doctors while Leonard showed him a sign which was written "sarcasm".

@@hanaluong2672 Everyone says Sheldon does things because he doesn't understand social interactions, but he claims to be such an expert in legal matters, that he surely would know you don't just go into someone's apartment in the night whether for a good reason or not. Even though she had given them a key for emergencies, he didn't have permission on that occasion to go into the apartment and mess with her things. It's called breaking and entering.
