Yeah there is. But too bad Sheldon won't have that much influence though. Unlike if there are twins on Amy's side, the chances is 1 in 60. For the father, they have a 1 in 125 chances. Luckily for Missy, she has a higher chance of conceiving twins.

I think that's more likely an effect from the mother coming from a family of twins. If the mother comes from such a family, she may be genetically predisposed to more commonly release two ovum per cycle. In contrast the only way it could come from Sheldon would be if there were some genetic component that made an already fertilised ovum more likely to split into two individuals rather than normal cellular division. Thus it would result in identical twins if it were from something caused by Sheldons genetics, which would be far less likely.

Reading ''season 12'' is just mind-boggling to me, since this series was already dead since the 7th or 8th season! I love TBBT but they over-extended the series too much, the cast aged quite a bit (especially Johnny Galecki) and most of the jokes fell incredibly flat!

I'll be honest. I always thought Sheldon and Amy would be awful parents but good uncle and aunt. I never really saw parent personality in them. Even after Young Sheldon revealed they had children I still can't see parent personality in them. There was a time where I imagined I was Leonard and Penny were my parents and Sheldon and Amy were my uncle and aunt

@@hafeezasif7932 Honestly I think it was a very natural development for her. She didn't want kids because she thought it would be risking a potential acting carrier. But then as the show ran she found out the acting carrier wouldn't happen, she wasn't even a good actor, it was more the craving for attention she had not the desire to study and do whatever it takes, take whatever little role to be an actress. And then when she DID get the attention by being in a bad movie, it wasn't fulfilling. So once she finally truly gave up the idea of acting, realizing it was never really what she wanted anyway. It opened her up for other things. And what was it that actually fulfilled her? ... Well, being very motherly to the entire gang. She's been like a mother to Sheldon, and even helped him grow, and she clearly found it very fulfilling. The moment Howard and Bernadette had babies Penny became attached and doting of those babies, instantly being a better mother than Bernadette, and looking like she was much more into it. Penny always had a very motherly side, and she was GOOD at it, so her being so happy with Bernadette's babies and then realizing she wanted one of her own makes sense. Also because she really did move past the entire acting thing, grew, and was ready for a new thing to look toward to make her feel fulfilled.

The actor seemingly stopped working on him self after the eight season. A lot of people don’t know this, but he worked out and did yoga during the first eight years of the show, but Chuck and the stupid writers forced him to hide it. It was a COMPLETELY wasted opportunity. He was the most attractive in my opinion. I was jealous of his wavy hair. I also hated how they RUINED the relationship in the last season with TAAHM humor; Leonard and Penny essentially became Alan and Lyndsey.

We know from Young Sheldon that his first child would be a son named Leonard, but did he ever say how many other kids he'd have? If I was a writer, I'd say that he had two more kids. One would be a son named Arthur, after Sheldon's childhood hero Arthur Jefferies (a.k.a. Professor Proton), and a daughter named Paige, after his childhood rival turned friend Paige Swanson.

👎 The finale is SHIT. It has a FALSE sense of a closure ending. I HATE Amy, and hated seeing her win this award. The show was better without her. It also doesn’t make sense, Amy she works in biology, and what they discovered is in Sheldon’s field. A way better ending would’ve involved Leonard winning it and proving Sheldon wrong from the pilot when he said he wasn’t gonna win a Nobel Prize.
