Hi John, I was wondering if you have any specifications on your design and if you could let me know if you have any ideas as to why and where it’s wobbly?

Mr Wikk: I think you did a beautiful job with this and I envy your ability to work so comfortable with not only wood, but metal. I do have a question: do you find the space between the table pieces to be a bit "much" when the piece is in the table configuration? I recognize that a table cloth might more than address this but I was thinking about making these tabletop/shelving pieces capable of sliding towards, and for the purposes of abutting one another in the table configuration, recognizing that such configuration of course cannot exist geometrically speaking when converting the piece from table to bookshelf or vice versa, and that this spacing of pieces during transformation is necessary. Thanks.

I was thinking about doing a similar thing, but with wood cause metal is a pain in the ass. I settled on a normal shelf, haven't built it yet so maybe this will change my mind back

I wonder if it's possible to do this same thing, but with a tiled, retro farmhouse table. I'd like to bring new life to my late grandmother's table but I live in an apartment, so it's gotta be space saving

Excellent design and work on the piece as well as the full filming and edit! This reminds of Laura Kampf, she has a similar style. Have you seen the coffee table she built out of a old piece of her work bench? Anyway you've got my sub and notification bell on. Nice tunes as well!

I think they are pop rivets. Drill hole put in rivet of same size. Squeeze handles of tool until the rivet breaks off. Job done. I am sure someone made a video to explain better. Check Google or You Tube . Pop Rivets.
