Shellharbour Boat Ramp Rebuild. Update 4. The Barge Arrives.

The barge had to be assembled and launched in Lake Illawarra, few k's north of its intended worksite. It was then pushed out through the entrance of the lake over the bar and into open sea for its half hour voyage down to Shellharbour where we see it being put into position to continue the works on the boat ramp.
