Elaine Thompson-Herah may be getting the glory lately, but I still love Shelly-Ann the most. Considering her limbs are so much shorter than most of her competitors, she has to move them that must faster. In this race, she looked like something out of a video game when she closed that gap. So awesome!

Shelly-ann is just incredible. Also in women's athletics the convo is constantly about USA vs Jamaica but team GB has been amazing through the years, they almost consistently come in 2nd. I've seen USA and Jamaica trade places for 1st and 3rd multiple times and team GB was almost always there in 2nd place. Team Jamaica is always so special to watch tho

This is by far the greatest anchor leg in history. Shelly-Ann made up about 15 metres! And let's not forget that Daryll Neita of GB is a world class athlete and professional anchor. Yet Shelly still beat her despite the distance between them. Shelly-Ann is just phenomenal! Running for over 14 years and is still at the top. The GOAT

She was a professional anchor, though. Anchored GB to bronze in ‘16 and silver in ‘17… so she wasn’t at all a pushover. I do agree she’s a much better athlete now, and this probably wouldn’t happen again.😅

Her form is so pure as she runs. Her body cycles with each step are very identical. It’s like watching a machine rotate its limbs around its joints. So steady. So beautiful. You can see how in comparison, the others’ limbs were all over the place. I couldn’t find another word to describe such steady repetitive motion - machine.

Most beautiful run ever by Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. I'm yet to see a sprinter with her speed and techniques. ETH has a wonderful technique and speed but she still not near SAFP. I think if SAFP's coach at MVP didn't neglect her too soon as he did she could have been way below 10.4 by now.
