EAS - Virus Scenario: Part 3

This is completely fiction, and in no way real. This is the third and final piece to the "Virus" trilogy. This one took a long time to make since i had a hard drive crash and a lot of my programs that i use to make these vids were wiped out. I apologize in advance for the "talkiness" of the video, but my PlayBasic got trashed, and i was unable to get another in time. Please comment and let me know what you think. This is probably the last time i am doing a video this long for awhile, so enjoy everyone~!

It doesn't surprise me that it is a Prion disease. A Prion Disease is harder to cure, as it is hidden deep in the brain. That also explains why it causes death, but the symptoms are so subtle.

Collateral damage was left out. If all people are ordered to remain quarantined in their homes. most households will be out of food in less than a week. Hungry people will be out trying to get food, and in some cases, with extreme violence. What we think of gang warfare would be a drop in the bucket compared to the new bloodshed. Civil and utility services would utterly collapse, in less than a month. Backup power for emergency operations will be exhausted soon afterwards. I would estimate the survival rate after 2 months of "lockdown" to be less than 15% for the severely affected areas. In other words, forbidding the movement of supplies and commerce can be more harmful than the disease itself.

Monk was definitely at the battle in Worcester, since he clearly has about as deep a New England accent as possible. Easy to imagine him as one of those serious and captivating high school history teachers, lecturing in that accent about "the real story." Or, maybe he is a 'professa' at 'Clahk'. Regardless, he nailed the accent.

Pretty heavy stuff! I agree that this would make for a great movie! My one complaint, and this is just my being a stickler for accuracy, is that the station KDAH at the end couldn't be a Boston station because Boston is east of the Mississippi, and as I'm sure most everyone reading this knows, all stations beginning with K are west of the Mississippi. All stations east start with a W. That's a minor botch, though, and it really doesn't take away from the scare factor. Excellent job! You've earned yourself a subscriber, sir.

one is a yugioh monster outbreak like the one you did with pokemon but actual yugioh monsters, like have the god cards come to life blue eyes ultimate dragon exodia etc... another one was similar to the zombie one you did but have different kinds of zombies similar to CoDlike have brute zombies, speed zombies, have zombies that have exo skeleton abilities like the ones in advanced warfare etc... or if no to the zombies how about have hellhounds & demons invade earth after they broke through the gates of hell.

The Prez had no idea about this since it was a shadow project, and had he known, he would have disapproved of it. Also, if there was a vaccine, and he was aware of it, it could have tipped him off that the US had something to do with it. It was just supposed to be a random event that started in England. Ahh...nope, that's actually a tone that i pulled off of my police scanner from a ambulance/fire dispatcher. One time while i was at home, there was an EAS Amber alert, and the signal was something like that because it came from the police. Just did it to break up the monotony. :)
