They say all the things he said to cover their arse to get away with detaining someone. I've seen claims of 5 grand go through. No problem regularly. If they don't provide a stop and search slip the search is completely unlawful it is all recorded and everyone is entitled to a copy of the search for it to be lawful because everything is documented but sadly police abuse that especially to people who aren't aware of their rights etc

He can go and ask for the copy later. 9/10 it won't have been done. It'll only have a description of him and the time ,location and date cos he wouldn't give his name.
