Yes there are two bromances. But also there is a lot of gay & bi theatrics with the vampire and discount van Helsing who is obsessed with him. There isn't a hetero-romance in it btw. Because the age gap would make it really weird so they're purely platonic - they feel like big brother/little sister and are referred to as such in the show (ik it was advertised as a romance, but it isn't).
