I just started working on this 3 weeks ago! While on a trip to Richmond, I drove out to the Blue Ridge Mt and was inspired to learn this beautiful and as usual, highly technical masterpiece by Johnny. Thank you for posting this. Francois, we all owe you a debt of gratitude for doing what you do. Joe D

Hey hey, time for something a bit more relaxed. I love these traditional folk song and this one in particular have a beautiful melody and the diatonic harmony really outline the beauty of the melody. I hear a lot of similarities with Ted Greene arrangements. Ted Greene must have been a Johnny Smith fan for sure. Most of the transcription is pretty accessible but watch out for the tricky chords near the end! Have fun!
