The lady wearing the Master’s regalia was wearing her cap wrong. It should be worn on the top of the head, not the back of the head. Nice video though.

Actually, there is no rule against undergraduates or masters graduates wearing a tam. However, it is the number of sides that indicate their education levels. 4 sided bachelors, 6 sided, masters or education specialist, or doctoral, 8 sided doctoral only
