Women should prioritize quality, and that doesn’t always mean luxury. I do have many items that are quite expensive, like a dress I just pursued that was about two-thousand dollars, but my everyday outfit costs two to three hundred dollars which for me is very low. Never feel bad about not being in the position to purchase these things. It took me YEARS to get to this point. My best piece of advice is to prioritize your health on all levels. I gained access to better opportunities, the top 10% of men, by working out and being on a strict diet. It’s easy for a wealthy man to purchase nice things for you, that’s the least of your worries. Focus on your body and mind.

I'm back in school as well and work 12 hr shift when I get home I just want to snap my fingers and have everything done 😫.. also ge/ some of those border lights or warm Christmas white lights. I know best buy have them but honey go to big lots to get lower price ones. I always wanted property brothers to decorate my home posh and feminine. Another side note a man could be at my house and take a selfish of himself and send it to another woman and she won't even know he's over a woman's house.

What I’m gonna incorporate this week is organizing as much as I can in a window of 15-20mns so it’s not overwhelming! The good news is we have the knowledge so can always implement these things! My husband TRIED telling me no to getting a personal trainer (I've tried everything in the past and nothing worked except when I had a personal trainer, it just works for me) and I about set his ass on fire lmao it really woke me up. He tries to make it seem like we need to save save save for a house but how am I going to buy a house and live in it and enjoy it if I get sick and die from being unhealthy? I gave him three options 1. he becomes my personal trainer with the condition that if he fails he has to pay for my personal trainer or 2. breakup lol anyways, I'm down 9lbs babies! haha

Hi Shera ❤️ I learned that self care minimizes depression and helps me to keep my power.
