I started with 1/day for the 1st month and still got 1-2 bumps during my period, which was much less than I normally get. During that minor breakout, I immediately upped the dose to 2 pills a day, and I haven't had any of those deep jaw bumps since. That was about 5 months ago!

The Tatcha rice wash is really good, and you do not need a lot. I will be trying the Tula cleanser next. Versed has a eye mask, Emegency Mask, that is really good for those early Zoom Meeting😊

You should try the naturium glow getter body wash! It’s really good! Also the dove shower butter is amazing! I personally use it after the shower while my skin is still wet and I love it!
