@Andre Divine You don't know much do Abby is way behind Thompson and Jackson in terms of time and just 0.2 ahead of Shelly of 21.77 to 21.79 Abby is a hype job just like Richardson
@anthonychin18732 жыл бұрын
@Andre Divine Your view is simplicity at best. First Elaine's history debunk what you have here Elaine have never gone to a championship running below 22. Time line since 2015 World championship 2015 ,time going in 22.25 , time at championship final 21.66. Olympics 2016 time going in 22.17, timein final 21.78. Olympics 2021 time going in 22.02 Olympic final 21.53 . You have a narrative based on a narrow view. Elaine will again run 21 and faster than 21.77 ., Abby will struggle to medal . And they don't have to run PB to beat her. Abby is 0,22 off Jackson and 0.25 off Elaine those are more than a meter gap Secondly Abby cannot run them down as she did her US competitors. This is the reality the only person she has a realistic. chance of beating is Shelly. Given the amount of work she did from indoors to now 2 weeks off is not going to make her fresher than the others. Plus she very likely is at peak right now given the fact that she ran 21.80 in the semis and could only go 0.03 faster indicates that. If she gets to the final it maybe as one of the fastest loses from her semi. So just looking at the times on paper is not the whole story Like Elaine Talou , Asher-Smith and Kambunji peak at championship. They are likely to go sub 22 how far below is the question, Again Abby is going to struggle to medal this is a different playing from NCCA and the US championship

Of course this is finishing leg improvement but the more the merrier. I want Shericka to continue to strengthen her breathing to keep her legs going at the end. This is what is holding her back from being at the top of the level ALL THE TIME. She is stronger than she thinks and she has leg speed. She only needs the finishing leg power that is beating her. If she would just challenge herself and REALLY push hard at that last quarter or so - I am not technical - but I can see and I know what she might not realize that she can do.
