Bruh the pros of it are insane - has a accurate high alpha gun - has super high mobility - has a trolly bouncing door wedge -has tank hugging troll height (mausens hate this when death circle)

640 average alpha is lower than the standard shell max roll (700) so the HE is not worth shooting unless it's 100% pen (not worth the risk) and it is definitely not worth shooting against spall liner because 680 - 20% = 564 (you get the same damage with HE) So I think HE is trash on the tier 9 and 10, but it has 90 mm pen which is respectable.

Not really, if u do it like that, u are basically worse T 71 Plus with single shot, u have a massive dpm advantage, like in the time the clip gun dips 3 shots, u can fire 2 shots easily in that time with the single shot gun and keep on shooting. Also clip gun has less accuracy and penetration and also weights more and also has 2 deg less gun depression so theres no point in running that

Big wall of text warning. TL;DR at the bottom. TBH, watching this reinforces my belief that the Grille Line shouldn't have Spall Liner. Hell, Spall Liner shouldn't exist in the game period. It outright nullifies a big (sometimes the biggest) weakness for the vehicles that have it and for several guns makes shooting HE *worse* than shooting AP. It outright makes HE *useless* on smaller guns (good luck getting worthwhile HE damage on a Spall Liner Borsig with a 90mm gun), and on the ones it doesn't hit as bad (which are like 120+) it nerfs their damage so hard that you may as well not bother shooting it since most of your rolls will be within range of your normal AP. It shouldn't have been introduced to the game to begin with; no, not even on the 4005 line because it's stupid to be *punished* for knowing a vehicle's weakness. Knowing your HE pen numbers vs the armor of enemy vehicles is something that requires your time and effort. It's not a high-tier skill or whatever but it shows you have some game knowledge, and in some situations it can make or break a match. Having that actively nullified by Spall Liner is so stupid, especially if it's on one of those smaller guns where it outright makes HE *unviable* due to how bad it nerfs its damage. FFS, even on a 152mm gun you're going to do 960 max; that's still a lot, don't get me wrong, but it's *noticeably* lower than what you could get otherwise, and bear in mind you have a higher chance of doing a sub-900 roll, since that will be your new average. you could even end up rolling *below 800*, which is the range of your AP. I can't help but go back to the "less than your AP rolls" bit though, since that's the most egregious part. There is no way to "git gud" against Spall Liner either, since its effect is static and unchanging. The closest you can get to it, Reactive Armor, is temporary, and the other, Sandbags, is *not* as powerful as it by a long shot.Why the hell should I actively be punished for knowing to use HE as the more effective shell against a vehicle's rear because somebody spent some cheap credits on an equipment slot? Yeah having more HP is cool, but you could be getting tougher modules or better reload and other stats with gas and food. You also can’t tell if somebody has Spall Liner until they’re shot by HE, which for lighter guns is an actual gamble and for heavier ones can still net them less damage than they’d get with AP. Spall Liner, however, is infinitely a must-take choice because it *permanently* reduces the damage you take from a certain type of shell- the shell which people tend to load up against you because they know your weakness... Which in most cases has been *completely scrubbed out* by said Liner. It'd be like something being introduced that reduces prammo damage done to heavy tanks further; it's inherently stupid and everyone would take it because *no shit.* Sorry if this comes off as super rambly, I just despise Spall Liner. Like, it's even demonstrated on-stream how sometimes you'd be better off firing APCR or whatever instead of HE because somebody spent, what, 5K-10K credits for a permanent piece of equipment? TL;DR Spall Liner is a broken piece of shit that outright removes HE’s viability on most guns and on the ones where it’s still viable it’s way less effective. It stops HE from being a *counter* to thin armor, thus removing the inherent weakness the vehicles that can carry it have. Such a thing should not exist.

Tier 9 and tier 10 super broken tanks, I don t even care if I lose, because this things do so much damage and I stopped playing with them, because it's easy damage. Tier 8 is more acceptable. I understand that wg must make them fun, but not like this. I don't agree how they are. A destroyer gun in a light tank....

I can understand that, but they are fairly balanced IMO. Vickers is much easier to farm damage and win with. It’s just getting slapped for 500+ damage is annoying

Tanks that smack you for 600dmg or more at full speed like this ones, you know for sure something is not right and many other things. The annoying part is that they are trying to create balanced tanks with tanks that should have more capabilities in general, but here comes the smasher at a higher level and wakes you up to reality. So yeah that’s my opinion.
