While the threat of Daniel Marquez did need to be taken seriously, as the daughter of a police officer, Sheriff Carmine Marceno is a danger to his community. His decision to release the child's name and photo, without any sign of a competent investigation demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and zero interest in the safety of people in his community. Marceno presents himself like an ignorant KZbinr Influencer Wannabe. The ecstatic joy he demonstrated on camera as he proudly boasted of his despicable psychopathic decision to intentionally destroy the life of a 10 year old and his family - prior to any investigation - leads me to suspect Sheriff Marceno is himself a dangerous narcissistic sociopath, unqualified to serve as a police officer or any other form of public servant. He needs to be eliminated from all police agencies - he is a danger.
