Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd announced the arrest of 19 alleged gang members connected to a series of drive-by shootings, felony offenses, and at least one deadly stabbing.

There should be some way for the county to track whether or not their "interventions" are working or if it's just lip service. There are ways to track these things and the fact that they aren't doing that seems suspect. They can say whatever they want without abundant evidence to show otherwise. That one man in the light blue striped suit (lol) is anecdotal. He came from a good family, so who's to say that a couple of law enforcement officers and a court judge really had that much of an impact on him. It sounds like he had a decent familial foundation to start with and just got into a bit of trouble at a young age like most boys (regardless of race) do... the difference is usually, the ones who are redeemed have strong families with financial resources. Many of the ones who aren't redeemed don't have that.
