Sheriff Robert Luna on ABC7 Los Angeles discusses LASD Topics and Issues.

I had the opportunity to discuss several important topics currently facing the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. today at the ‪@abc7LA‬ studio. I discussed the level of difficulty the job of policing is and the daily trauma that our Deputies & Jailers experience. I also mentioned the psychological resources we have for our personnel and the need for further support to assist our department. I also touched on the importance of building & maintaining relationships within our Federal, County and City governments so we can provide the necessary staffing and best tools needed to maintain the high quality law enforcement service to our community.
