Put doors there instead of a turnstile one can jump over… if they don’t have a card they get a $100 fine, second fine $200, third fine 30 days in jail. Petty crimes are still crimes. Chicago's CTA L and transit systems need this kind of patrolling badly! Especially the L Line to O'Hare international Airport that runs 24 hours a day and often sees the homeless living on these trains.

Maybe the goal of the city is to stop humans from using the train. So it will only be available for System workers. It's obvious the Officer's are causing the slow of traffic by checking the park passes as they leave.

It's all for show L.E. moves officers around to different parts of the city. They just take officers from other patrol areas and move them here leaving other areas short handed. I used to ride the north Hollywood red line.
