@richardatkins3623 having the court case itself is a win cause it's a judge on trial plus they claimed it's on body camera the judge is saying to remove him is damning enough. Not to mention the Judge signed a document that is being used to violate the 1st amendment and its on camera so the judge can be named in the lawsuit. Should definitely sue
@richardatkins36238 ай бұрын
@@tm_predator9349 an internal memo isn't a violation. It's the same way you can have a policy in a post office which says you can't record. All they can really do is just try to convince you and the memo was more concerning,inside the courtroom. As for the body cam, I'm calling bs on that. I highly doubt a judge will be that dumb and I highly doubt a cop will record a conversation with a judge in the first place, especially in a case with an auditor. It's more likely to be a bluff. Remember a cop is allowed to lie in the course of their duties
@adrintait46608 ай бұрын
@richardatkins3623 they can't lie in the course of duties. They can lie when conducting an investigation, an interrogation or something about under cover work. They absolutely can not just lie at any time.
@richardatkins36238 ай бұрын
@@adrintait4660 those things are quite literally "in the course of their duties". There's nothing stopping them from lying here. The only times they can't lie is during an investigation (I'll get back to this), in court and on official documents for example, a report, which they often do tbh. What you're talking about is the supreme ruling of Frazier v Cupo, where the court ruled specifically for interrogations stating that police can lie during interrogations as long as it doesn't "shock the conscience". For example, I can't say that if you don't tell me who committed a crime, I'll arrest you and make child services take away your kids. That can literally make people confess to things that they didn't do or point to someone else. However I can say "We have footage showing you at the scene so we already know you did it, we just want to know why", despite there being no footage at all in the first place. In short, they technically can lie here but just can't lie about certain things

It never ceases to amaze me how these judges actually think that they have ANY authority outside of the courtroom. I understand the authority they have INSIDE the courtroom; they need to be able to maintain some order, but that is where their authority ends. We, the People, must demand from our legislators that "qualified Immunity" be removed from the books. As long as these public officials are immune from punishment for their unconstitutional acts, they will never stop trying to violate our rights.

absolutely, Sean just won a battle he did not get to the source of the problem that of "Perceived Authority" that these judges think they have. What gives a judge the right to think he/she has the authority to order a citizen arrested and held without charges for simply doing a constitutional protected RIGHT !!! There is the problem !! ! These little local judges need to be educated WHAT there authority is and where it ends, That is the war part Sean is involved in. It is common all over our country and something has to be done to educate at a Supreme Court level about the "authority of the local judges !! !

@@pamelavida1577 You are right. We don't know that yet, because it is in the future. But we know what has happened in the past. So based on experience, it is more likely than not, that this will happen again. If the outcome in the past was different, then it would be more likely than not that it would not happen again. @J Jabble has therefore, in my opinion, a valid reason to assume it will happen again. HOPEFULLY, they learned and makes sure that it won't happen again. But when you look at 95% of the audit videoes, it paints a pretty clear picture that people without empathy lack the ability to apply self criticism and learn from their mistakes. This fact is also supported in psychology. In order to do a self-evaluation you will have to apply empathy.
