And it seems like he only genuinely apologizes to Molly the most which makes me ship them more. His face was so dejected when he realized the gift was for him. He was like “oh sh***t, what did I do?, but he actually cared too. Just john looking up in surprise is the audience too. John was, “wait he can apologize to someone.” Which confirms what I said earlier.

God that surprise on his face when she says "it's true" - he can't even believe anyone could actually feel that way for him. 💔 I absolutely love this video, made me tear up almost. Molly's perhaps the only one who's been with Sherlock through thick and thin, caring for him always. And for Sherlock, she's one of the really few people he completely trusts, is truly, comfortably himself with, and in his own way - cares a lot about (Nothing shatters him like the realization of how deeply he has hurt Molly - the one thing he never intended to do, esp now that he realizes how his past words have affected her - the coffin-breaking scene.) Both of them know the other inside out, owing to years of working together, and there's one typical, sassy, very-old friendship there which might not be very expressive all the time but is actually pretty deep. You're right, theirs is such a complicated and yet so special a relationship. I love Molly and I love Sherlock and I really need to see more of them. 🥺 Thank you for the beautiful edit. ❤

Once he had done the analysis about Mollys intentions, one has to ask WHY he couldnt resist peeking at the label and why should he care Who Molly's intended was? If he remained true to form he was about to find all the reasons the man wasnt good enough for Molly and urge her to break it off, again! Tell me again why this wasnt jealousy on his part lol. But finding out HE was Mollys long term intended stopped Holmes in his tracks. Wow.. you've done an amazing job with this video. This romance arc definitely began in ASiP and had many moments pointing it out all the way through!!

I was wondering the same thing because every single time a guy enters her life, he steps in and interjects his opinions. Moriarty: gay Tom: forgot what he said about him, but he did not care for him either. Like dude, make it more obvious would you. Oh and the fact he was happy that her engagement was off says a whole lot. That is why I believe his “I love you” was real because of his previous actions. He trusts her the most. Confided in her first about his fake death. She is the one he visualizes during another near death. The first person that he thought of with the coffin was Molly. Romantic or not, there is love there.
