This game actually seems pretty interesting if for no other reason than that each case has so many possible outcomes. That an investigative game would allow you to identify a culprit but decide that the crime was morally justified due to its circumstances, providing the option not to testify regarding their guilt (and, even better, refraining from passing judgment on your decision), represents a tantalizing degree of freedom in story resolution, something not typically found in a genre whose narrative events tend to be predetermined.

I'm interested in checking this game out, thanks for reviewing it! I was surprised that you didn't mention anything about the Guy Ritchie Sherlock Holmes films since I would assume they would be the most seen by far of the recent Sherlock Holmes adaptations.

They should have used the Facial expression technology they had in L.A. Noir.

In LA Noire they used the technology from one of rockstars study, called team boundy, something like that, and the tech is called motion scan, and believe me is not that cheap to use

I reccently got this game for free on Xbox one games for gold --- I dunno if that's relevent but I've completed the game and none of the achivments were Given out not even the ones I know would be unlocked , it's not a huge problem but I don't understand why it's done it . any 'clues' internet?

Ryan McLaren how so? Other than "Moriarty" and getting rid of Watson's military background. It does the "case of the week" formula pretty darn good, and the actors are good as well. Johnny Lee Miller isn't someone like Cumberbatch, and Lucy Liu isn't someone like Freeman; but they're still good for the show they play in.
