Ok so everyone is just going to ignore how a freaking statue disappeared ?

> MOTIVE: -Albeit wants revenge on the club but more proticularly on Zacharias because he is the one that grabbed the treasure which lead to Albeit getting trapped in The pyramid. THE MURDER WEAPON: -Albeit and the pigmy work togather to stroke Marley's fear of the curse. Till he believes that he is the chosen one and must help or be cursed. They bring him one of the statues from Albeits collection and have him build a mechanical replica of the statue that the pigmy can operate and get it placed in the courtyard. But there is still one problem....the pigmy can't see while in the statue. THE MURDER / EVENTS: -Albeit puts out leaves on the ground so the pigmy can HEAR when Zacharias walks into the right spot to fire. After shooting Zacharias with the spear the pigmy drags the statue to, and then over the wall. Leaving behind metal scraps on the path and braking the branch because of the added weight of the statue. -Sir Charles comes out and sees the statue missing and a spear in Zacharias and lies about seeing the statue running. He lies partly because it seems obvious since the statue is gone and partly because he knows a better story could help his political career/club. -The pigmy takes the statue back to Marley's shop and hides in the office when sherlock comes asking question, and leaves the statue there. Later its found by sherlock and Watson. -When sherlock and Watson find Albeit at the hospital he panics and rushes back to his apartment and starts trying to throw them off by acting like he's been attacked. He knows that he won't be suspected of throwing the spear because he doesn't have a right arm but the pigmy would be. And since we see that a statue is missing it adds to the idea that a curse is attacking them. CONCLUSION: -The case gives all these details but doesn't connect them directly. I would of preferred it if they did but all in all I think it makes sense. :) Please let me know if I missed anything!

Basically that statue that disappeared was actually gone long before the murder. And was used by Marley to make a mechanical replica that the pygmy could pilot to kill Zacharias

Oh dang, if you say the curse is real they melt down all of the Mayan statues in London--complete with incredibly cheesy Terminator thumbs-up lava gag. You KNOW the developers had fun with that one, thinking no one would ever choose it, and if they did they deserved a properly absurd ending.
