Finally they made arm PCs with the power of Macs and better battery life, the beginning of the end for x86? possible

Good competition for Intel so it is good for us but CISC microprocessors are still better for servers and high performance requirements. Intel might lose the mobile and desktop markets to ARM though. And they might actually lose the server market to Nvidia if they are not careful. 😮

"the power of macs"? There is no apple cpu that beats it's x86 equivilant, the best M loses to the best x86 even though that m has exponentially more transistors The best current M92ultra) even loses to the best laptop cpu, (HX) taht ultra has 100 billion transistors, that HX has 10 billion, notice anyhting there? Ths snapdragon cpu beats the worst Apple cpu made a year ago, not even the midland year old M and it loses to the worst apple cpu made this year And it loses to every zen 5 and lunar lake made Everyone s falling in line repeating this false advertising from ARM and Qualcom

Sounds pretty cool 🤙🏻🫡 just need to get it on 5g and all good

Not everyone seems to be interested in 5G for their laptops or it would have been on more laptops 😅

I'm trying to understand. because today we can share our 5G connection from the phone. which would be worth the same.

@@vartannazarian3451 not here. There is a tethering / hotspot limit. Also, even if there is no limit imposed by your telco, why use up the battery on your phone? 😅

@@ShermanChin Okay I understand better. In general I am always equipped with a powerbank battery

@@vartannazarian3451 powerbank is good but usually heavy and kind of defeats the purpose of the light Snapdragon X Elite laptop.
