@@Sherpas_vanlife - I think all the attention helps keep Sherpa happy and healthy. I also think making the Sherpa KZbin channel has been great for Sherpa too, because it encourages you to give him a lot of fun and interesting experiences AND he’s the center of attention all the time. It’s hard to give THAT much attention to a pet no matter how much you love him. Life is full of distractions, but having hundreds of thousands of eager fans helps keep the focus on Sherpa. It’s also helpful that Sherpa is a super fun, sweet and social dog. How many dogs have strangers greet him with joy everywhere he goes? I bet Sherpa looks forward to a fun day - every day! You have added to the joyful life you would have given him anyway by sharing his wonderful experiences with the entire world.

we had one of our malamutes make it to 17-18 years old. for her last several years she would always go through a period where we thought she was done, then you would look outside one day, and she would be running around again. let's hope we all have many years left with Sherpa.

I work at an animal shelter, and we’ve recently taken in 18 Huskies, after their owner passed. We call the group “the choir,” because they will all start howling together at certain times of the day. It’s really quite adorable. We’ve even named them all names that start with the letter “C” for choir. Camden, Claire, Clancy, Cedric, Candi, Carli, Cherry, Comet, Chris, Cobalt, Cory, Checkers, Conrad, Codi, Cruz, Cassidy, Cami, Cookie They are all such sweet babies. Such gentle souls.
