Mine is a husky/cross mystery breed and she does this but the problem is that she obviously looks and sounds more scary than the cute fluffball in this video because some people seem to think she's growling at them. My mom and i had a German Shepherd and Husky cross. He was my best friend and protector as a child. He was so adorable that even my bullies talked to me about him, it was crazy. Everytime we went somewhere with people, he would howl like this and people would get anxious. My mom kept telling him to stop as to not scare people and embarrassing ourselves but some kids actually came to us and asked if Snoopy (the dogs name-) could howl for them. It was adorable!

I think it has more to do with dogs talking because they're happy. Everyone knows the husky is being social, but the reaction would be different if it was pointless or angry barking. A baby cries when it's upset. People don't like hearing an upset baby, but babbles are cute and sweet. Everyone loves a talkative baby, just not an upset one.
