We will be documenting Moshe Feldenkrais legacy by posing questions about various foundations, principles and key lectures that have greatly formed how practitioners work with clients.
Our focus will be to interview those that attended his main trainings in Israel and the United States, as well as those who are actively pursuing and practicing his work. This clip is of Sheryl Field, Assistant Trainer, speaking in reference to Moshes classic lecture from his last professional teacher training in Amherst, Massachusetts titled: To correct is incorrect.

Sheryl says so much here! I am lucky to have experienced both a training in the Method and Sheryl's training. I have watched this several times and have viewed it several times. I will return again when I need inspiration.

This only truth I’ve found is that I must heal myself, learning from others techniques along the way.

I am so impressed by the complexity and the truth presented in such a perfect structured flow of thought that I cannot enough hear this brilliant presentation of the core of the Feldenkrais Method. Yes Sheryl, correct is not correct. Only the individual comfort is correct: the feeling of being at home in one's own body, even if changes took place. I never felt enstranged after an FI by Moshe, but only light, liberated and even more with myself.

The same is true of behavior change. This is the same principle behind nonviolent communication.
