What are the rubber washers for? How do you get the ball attachments to stay in?

You just have to push the attachments in very far. Further, then you would think. I thought I was about to break it.

Now see the updated model it actually has like this rubberized grip on it and it's got a little bit different coating , so I think I made the right move cuz I was going to get this one because someone on macari was selling it but I went with another one, which I'm almost positive it's the updated version but I'm still confused 😂

I just purchased one and I believe it's the updated model cuz it looks just like this but on the attachments there are different color and it's got orange accents around them and I paid 54 bucks for it on eBay free shipping , so I'm assuming he gets the same thing as this it's called a percussion device deep tissue massager but everything basically looks the same the device and everything so I'm just thinking that it's just this is the older model and what I bought with the updated model cuz I was so confused why was there two different ones

Someone just gave me one as a gift had it charging for over 2 hours, while charging LED screen turns on but when I disconnected and power on it does not turn on

Me, too! Does anyone know how to troubleshoot to get it to work? It is fully charged to 100%, turn switch to on...then, nothing! What to do? 🤨

@@momain24 he clearly said he turns switch to on. I had same thing happen trying to figure out how to fix it as well
