Some skills right there. Currently learning these songs but KZbin scrubbed the original performance videos so i couldn't tab the thing, will be learning this one, thanks m9.

Your technique is absolutely perfect! I’ve been watching all your videos and your circle picking technique is immaculate. I’ve been trying to learn exactly what Fujioka and Ohmura do with their picking technique but can’t get it down exactly right. I’ve watched a lot of their videos and live streams but any time they explain it, it’s in Japanese and I feel a lot of key information I’m looking for is lost in translation. Do you basically “snap”/flick your wrist a little on all the accents and use your index finger more than the thumb for movement? I also noticed that it looks like they angle their pick downwards/at a slant when they use it and only use it for the very fast lines/phrases but I could be wrong. I’m sorry if I’m explaining it poorly. Would love to know how you learned it yourself and if you have any links/tips? You have the best covers for Ohmura by far on the entire internet and your tone is always spot on!

Thank you so much for all of this man it means a lot to me!! Well I never made any video explaining it because I do not consider my technique like the exact same as Ohmura and Fujioka. Even if I'm inspired by their technique I really think your arm/wrist/hand morphology will have the last word. What I can tell you is my right hand technique is always evolving and I'm trying to focus on my accent and micro motions to improve the speed. My index finger has always been moving since I'm playing guitar which can be a pros but no all the motion come from it. It a part of the global movement : accent and index flexion. Even now I think my technique changed from this video :) hope I've been a little bit useful !

@@IronSweep thanks so much for replying! Your videos are incredibly inspiring to help me keep improving my playing and technique. Definitely going to focus more on the micro motions and accents in my playing to improve my speed, tone and efficiency. Thank you again!
