Well to answer some questions, KZbin mp3 conversion website is how I did it. Where I am now? Went through Amazon as a water spider, another company as an apprentice mechanic and worked over 70 hours a week for 3 months (trust me I wanted to quit very badly but the alarm kept me going) but kept looking for more jobs on the side until I finally got my engineering job! I work for Cleveland Cliffs as an electrical engineer and managing my first big boy project. It’s a lot of annoying hard work but all of my efforts paid off. College isn’t for everyone. I love that Shia specifically did this in front of a green screen. Shia knows that he's weird and he knows the Internet loves weird stuff. He deliberately made it so easy to use that it's hard to resist NOT using it. See how he turns sideways, shifts around, changes poses and is totally quiet sometimes? I’m at a part of my life where my future is filled with uncertainty and depressed especially with the the state of AI and the fear of it taking over any opportunity of work I would love to do. However, I think it can at least motivate me to still try. I need to get off from the excuses and JUST DO IT

I work in the Animation Industry so I know that things are tough right now. I dont know what your goals are, but just know you’re not alone. Everyone is struggling and things seem uncertain…But remember that you always have something to offer this world. Never give up on that, especially during times of uncertainty because others will. When others give up, and things change for the better like they always do, the people who kept at it are the ones who will make it through the storm first. Keep at your craft, don’t give up. Do it everyday. It’s ok to take breaks, but never stop for long or forever. Even if you don’t get validation from the world, even if you don’t get as many likes or views, **validate yourself** and strive everyday to improve for only yourself. I’m relatively new to the industry, I’ve only been in it for about 4 years. But I started from another state on the other side of the country from where all the jobs were and when I graduated college, it took me three years to get into the industry. Three years of pushing myself, learning, crying over how I thought I wasn’t good enough, learning some more, meeting animators at art shows and events I sold my art at, and working lots of odd jobs. I’ve met people who work in the industry and had been trying for 5 or even 10+ years to get in! It’s hard and even harder to keep going after getting so many “No”s. And the “Nos” don’t stop once you make it in the industry either, it’s an unfortunate feature of this industry to move from project to project and go through the process all over again. It’s definitely not easy but it’s not impossible. A lot of things need to come together to achieve your dream-like meeting the right people at the right time and being skilled at your work. But the most important thing is never giving up. Get more skilled at what you do with practice and learn how to adapt to the future. If you hold onto those three things: train, adapt, and try? You’ll be ahead of so many many many others. Sorry this turned into a mini-speech. I just really feel for artist who are afraid right now-we all are, even in the industry. It was difficult to get a job before this technology and now the hurdles will be a bit higher. But the truth is AI can’t replace us because we have something it never will. The drive to create for creation’s sake. The ability to pull from our personal and real experiences and use that to connect with others. As long as people yearn to create, there will always be opportunities for you to share your skills. So make sure you’re ready when it happens. :>
